We had a girls trip to NYC and stayed at the INNSiDE and had a wonderful experience! I arrived very early (6:30am from a red eye) and for a nominal fee I was able to get into a room and rest before the others arrived. Every interaction with the front desk was very positive and friendly. Our server at the bar was sooo nice as well. My only complaint is very little room to put clothes away. Even some hooks on the wall would help to hang jackets/purses. Otherwise, it was great!

We based here for our 60th birthday trip to New York and couldn’t be happier. The location is great , 20 minute walk to Times Square , a 5 minute walk and your on 5th avenue , plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding streets if you need them . The hotel staff were great , very helpful and only too pleased to assist. The room was small but had everything needed , plus you’re not going to New York to sit in your room . Overall a great hotel to stay at.

Impresionante está vez fue la segunda vez que me hospedaba en este maravilloso hotel y lo tiene todo la ubicación no puede ser mejor. El metro está a 200 metros y esto es muy importante para las personas que visitan NUEVA YORK Por primera vez se pueden mover por toda la ciudad fácilmente la tarjeta del metro vale solamente 34 US$ la semana mejor imposible. Se puede desayunar o cenar en el restaurante WILSON qué todo es excelente . Quiero referirme especialmente al señor de ventas ALEX MARTÍNEZ por su profesionalidad pero incluso los empleados de la recepción son muy agradables y muy profesionales . Te todas formas le doy un 10 en todo al hotel. También lo bueno que tiene es que todo el mundo habla Español . Sin lugar a dudas volveré . Raphael
