It was great. I strongly suggest getting the kitchenette. We were able to cook and relax. Tv didn’t work in one room but we didn’t watch enough anyway. Bar downstairs and the bar further downstairs seemed cool but we didn’t go. If you go stay here tell them I said hello!

Great location, convenient to Penn Station, theater, jazz clubs, shopping, and groceries. Friendly staff. Overall a very positive experience. Don’t let the lobby’s dim lighting deter you…it’s spooky when you walk in but when you arrive at your floor the halls and rooms are well lit. Nice bar and restaurant in the building too.

Really nice experience. Easy to check-in, friendly front desk staff, big bright comfortable room, great shower, cozy bed, fantastic location. Fabulous well known bar on the lower level I would definitely stay here again when traveling to NYC.

This was a disappointing stay. I booked a room that was supposed to have a separate dining area and it did not. I was given a basic room that was tiny. The bed took up most of the room. The balcony was a shared balcony and had 1 plastic chair. No hangers in the closet making it virtually unusable. We had to be creative about where we put our things. The bathroom was clearly renovated but the shower only had a half wall making a watery mess every time we showered. Not enough towels available from the hotel too. The room was clean but pretty worn. Not at all what I expected for a 4 star hotel at nearly $400/night.

Enjoyed my stay at The Williams a lot. Quiet and clean. Staff very nice as well. First time staying here and will def stay again. Upper floor units are very nice and spacious with balcony and view. Location very convenient to Park Ave as well.

Mid town and grand central convenient location plus library chic lobby and modern rooms. This is the most hotel-like of the Sonder locations we’ve stayed in. Trendy and satisfying bar in lobby level.

If you can stay in a room that has a kitchen you can save a lot of money by using the nearby supermarkets and preparing your own meals. Great location.

The William is located in an amazing area at the heart of midtown but on a quiet street. Very charming building in a super convenient location. It has great amenities (two different bar/cocktail lounges) and friendly staff. I loved the small kitchenette area in my room.
