The location was relatively near to Time Square given that there's a direct line. The Subway is 2 minutes away, which makes it really convenient! The hotel is clean and I really love the amenities. There's a 24 hour mart right beside the hotel so you can get food anytime. Within the hotel, there's a 24 hour gym. You can get water from the water dispenser at the basement and there's also a coin operated laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Though, I wish there's a kettle in the room to make it easier for me get hot water. Apart from that, my trip was made memorable with hospitable staff namely Shaheed, Doug(las) and Therasa!

Service is great and there is a subway station directly across the street. Amenities in the room can be improved… no bottled water, no kettle, old towels and soiled beddings.

The attitude at the front desk was very bad, especially an Asian man who was gnawing dried fruit in one hand while receiving guests at the front desk. There were brown stains on the sheets. When someone came to change the sheets, they said they were clean. They were stained during transportation. On the second night, I asked the front desk for a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they said they didn't have any. This hotel is terrible. The breakfast is not even hot food. I will give you a coupon to choose three items in the store to take away.
