More than six cockroaches came out of the bathroom It was the worst

there are a lot of people outside smoking and apart from that the hotel smells like a lot of ********* and more because I was with a 4-year-old boy and apart from that I saw cockroaches

ROACHES!!!! Rooms infested with roaches. Bathroom doors will not close or lock, fridge will not stay shut unless you pin it against something. We stayed for 4 days and not once did we get room service to clean. We asked at the front desk several times, clerk says it was marked that it was cleaned and it wasn't. When asked for towels the clerk was agitated that he had to go to the laundry room and grab them himself. Neighborhood and the area is pretty decent. Overall will not ever stay here or recommend, this place is disgusting and staff does not care at all.

This hotel is Located in Brownsville Brooklyn, so it’s safest neighborhood that’s why it’s cheap

It was cozy, quiet

it seemed to be a decent spot, there was plenty of potential. 1st thing i went thru was parking, it could of been cuz i showed up on a Friday afternoon, and the area was extra busy, but the rest of the weekend the parking did get better. i liked the tv (even though it was pretty small) it was a ruko tv, so u can log into your netflix etc account to watch movies. but i couldn't get the reg network channels to watch football sunday. 1st day i dropped a food container on the floor, when i went 2 pick it up there were 2 roaches attacking it. later i was in the bathroom, and there were 2 more running in & out of a hole @ in the base of the shower. then a big one just appeared out of nowhere on the wall, the rest of the night i just felt like there was something crawling on me. the last 1 i saw was in the elevator, just walking around. The bathroom, i went 2 use it, it was like there was no pressure to send the water down, & it stayed clogged most of my stay. the 2nd day i told the front desk guy my room needs a plunged, and i got directed to the basement to find one, and use it myself, definitely a 1st for me. there was a sign that said there was a free breakfast every morning from 6-9, i couldn't say if that is accurate or if the food is any good, cuz i never awoke that early. one thing they did seem to be on top of was check out @ 11:15 they was calling me to ask was i still checking out. i told them yes, u walked pass the desk 2xs so far packing my car. area is kinda sketchy

I drove 4 hrs to the hotel for them to cancel my reservations with out calling to ask if i was comming and when i arrived he wanted me to sleep in my car and check in next day at 3 pm
