The shower wasn’t super clean. But the building was great, with art on the walls. The elevator was slow and no breakfast

This property was the worse experience ever. Not only did they give us keys to a used room, when we received a replacement room the heat did not work. Was freezing for over an hour until we just left.

Nice place. Good value for money. Advertised breakfast, but none due to vendor issues. Parking in area was easy. We'd return next time in Brooklyn.

False advertisement in the ********** site and the hotel site about free breakfast. It was my main reason to book there. At least they should have given us a breakfast voucher to compensate the extra expense, or give us some money back.

I stayed here before (five years ago I think) and was pleased. This time I had three rooms for at least three days and each of us had awful rooms. My shower didn't have a curtain so water went everywhere for three days. The rooms are worn out. Inside public areas are worse. No breakfast event though stated on ******* was included. Staff is not friendly at all. Spit on the inside elevator for the entire stay and when I mentioned it the staff laughed. By far one of the worst properties I've stayed at in NYC.

The hotel has a fun vibe and it put us in an area of Brooklyn that we had not explored before. Don't miss the chance to go the place they recommend for breakfast, JK & Sons, it was great.
The lobby and meeting room area are nice but our room was in a need of maintenance, nothing major but bunch of smaller things that made us question the value. The hallways carpets had seen better days, we had ants... but the beds are comfy and the room was clean.
