Loved this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. It’s right near the subway. Easy walk to the ferry and the staff were amazing. Both myself and my husband both said it’s a lovely hidden gem that we were very lucky to have found. If you have kids, family or just a couple this is the place to stay. Plus the pizza just around the corner is to die for !!!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, and overall it was a really pleasant experience. The area is fantastic for those who want access to a ton of subway lines in close proximity to the hotel, as well as some quick food options that are just as close (Starbucks, chipotle, deli, etc). There were a few downsides which made the experience living here a little less convenient. On 3 separate occasions the code and virtual key to open our room door would not work and so we needed to go the the front desk to get someone to unlock our door. Not the end of the world, but pretty inconvenient when you live on the 14th floor. The other thing that was a little disappointing was the fact that a lot of the dishes were dirty at the time we checked in, as well as the fact that the lid for the puck detergent on the dishwasher was broken at the time of check in as well. The side for liquid soap still worked but it was disappointing that we couldn’t use the provided detergent pods. A lot of the complimentary cleaning supplies were also low at the time of check in. Other than that, I would recommend the Sonder for anyone looking for an affordable option in a great part of Manhattan for a long-term stay.

La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, considerando che i prezzi a Manhattan sono folli. Certo la posizione è un po' decentrata, ma i collegamenti sono ottimi e ci sono 3 linee della metropolitana (la verde, la rossa e la gialla) a 3 minuti a piedi. C'è un grande supermercato Whole Food molto fornito a 5 minuti a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e anche viaggiando da sola non mi sono mai sentita a disagio. Certo la sera è un po' deserto, però non mi è mai sembrato pericoloso. L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto. Letto comodissimo, angolo cottura perfettamente attrezzato, grande frigo con surgelatore e un vero plus che è lavatrice e asciugatrice che consentono di partire con un bagaglio più leggero. C'è un portineria sempre aperta e ti tengono i bagagli sia in arrivo sia in partenza. Bisogna leggere bene gli orari di ingresso e di uscita, perchè per esempio il check in è piuttosto tardi. Sono stata in due diversi appartamenti un monolocale Queen al 7 piano. Un po' rumoroso il traffico sotto, ma niente di fastidioso: con le finestre chiuse non si sente niente. Non so i piani più bassi. Poi sono stata anche nel monolocale King al 16 piano, molto bello anche questo silenzioso e con una bella vista. Non trovo difetti a questo posto, salvo il condizionatore/riscaldamento che è un po' rumoroso. Ci tornerei senz'altro.
