The bed is super uncomfortable, the space in the room is very small for 4 people plus their belongings, the lighting is poor, it has light bulbs that do not work. The employees in the morning give you one information and in the afternoon another, I was never able to have breakfast whenever it arrived it was over and it wasn't even time! It is actually a hotel that has a lot to improve!

I hesitated to book due to negative reviews. However, I did book a 5 night stay at Hayden and it was perfectly acceptable. Great location, friendly staff, I did not experience any hidden fees. I would definitely recommend as long as you are realistic in your expectations and understand fees, especially resort fees.

Colazione impresentabile indegna anche di un hotel a 2 stelle. Personale del tutto insufficiente poco preparato (1 sola persona alla reception) e non multilingue. Poco attento al cliente. Camera sufficiente anche se pulizia da rivedere. Posizione discreta

The heater of the room was not working properly (it was blowing cold air). I told staff about this 3 times. The first two times, they just sent someone and he turned on the broken heater and left the room. The third time, they sent a technician, he opened the heater, and said he wanted to reset it. He came back after 10 minutes, and realized that resetting did not solve anything. He said I don't know what do and left!
The third night in New York was a cold one and I caught a very bad cold.
Completely irresponsible staff! This hotel is horrible and a total waste of money!

Muy mal servicio, el personal del hotel muy desagradable. Las habitaciones sucias,entra mucho frio por laa ventanas y la calefacción no funciona. Pedimos mantas y después de llamar tres veces nos trajeron solo una para dos camas porque no habia mas... El desayuno solo bolleria y cafe malisimo... No recomiendo nada este hotel.

Nice property with updated amenities. Unfortunately, my room was never turned over even though I was gone during the service hours and did not have a do not disturb sign on my door. Room was comfortable but needs a microwave.
