The room is small but the facilities are very new. I overslept because of jet lag during breakfast. The chelesa community is very good. It is considered cost-effective in Manhattan. The room can see the Empire State Building.

The room is very small, the sanitation is not good, there are few elevators in the building, and it takes 20 minutes to wait for the elevator to go downstairs.

This hotel was very clean, up to date and convenient. The staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is conveniently located in midtown and a very short walk to the subway and trains that can take you anywhere you want to go. The area around the hotel is not the cleanest part of NYC but it is safe. The hotel staff even stored are bags upon our early arrival so we could easily explore the city. Going down on the elevators was at times difficult due to the amount of floors but it was a minor inconvenience.

Pros: 1. Great location, not in exactly in Times Sq's dingy are but Chelsea. 2. Great view of WTC 3. Clean modernized room 4. Very functional 5. Helpful staffs and quickish service Cons: 1. Like other NYC hotels this is also has very tiny rooms 2. Does not feel like a Hyatt Braded hotel, but i guess same for Marriot or Hilton in NYC 3. Not value for money
