The rugs smelled like vomit. The room smelled like smoke. I arrived after a late flight so it was too late to book another hotel. When I called the front desk to complain they didn’t offer to switch the room, he offered to have someone come and spray something. Really?
He said that people smoke in these non-smoking rooms and after they catch them they’re banned. Apparently it’s a thing.
There’s a site next door with flood lights that came directly into the room because the curtains were broken. I paid for the mistake of going there. Don’t do the same.
I spoke to the front desk manager and of course there’s no type of discount for the nastiness.
Oh, and the pics on the site are NOT the same as in person. BEWARE
