Modern and comfortable room, hotel is quiet and staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and was cleaned every day during our stay. Great location near columbus circle, subway is across the road, and there is a great bagel and pizza place nearby!

Great location close to central park and a metro station. The hallways are a bit worn but the rooms are clean and a decent size. My room was clean as well.

Pefect location if you want to stay out the hussle and bussle, walking distance from the subway, restaurants, delis and convenience stores. Central park is 2 mins away and also the staff are very welcoming and very helpful for recommendations.

I was misled by the photos for the one bedroom suite. I do not know how this hotel is considered 4-stars, but to say that I was disappointed is me attempting to justify my letdown by being grateful for the space in the room. The bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. There was a cheap microwave on the desk with a cheap lamp sitting atop. Somehow the living space simultaneously felt cluttered and sparse. There was a space heater in the corner of the bedroom which was definitely necessary. Toiletries were incomplete for a 4-star hotel. Finally, there’s an additional $150 charge to my card. I expected an itemized receipt which I haven’t received despite checking out your days ago.
I would not recommend this hotel, especially not at the price I paid.
