Excellent service. As we checked in we informed them it was our anniversary and they gave us free drink vouchers! Love all the nice smelling toiletries in the bathroom too.

Twin room, okay. The rooms in New York are simple enough, with no computers or chairs. Sit on the floor. The cleaning staff are all Chinese, with good attitudes and serious work. The surrounding facilities are first-rate: banks, food, Mart, and mobile phone cards. Solved on foot. The surrounding area is full of various styles of food.

Room was spacious and quiet on 7th floor,
Staff was accommodating and friendly. Nice vibe in lobby. Two things I would change-need coffeemaker in room when it’s early and you are not quite dressed! And better shower curtain-they were not weighted and stuck to you as you showed. Little things. But I’d come back!

Rooms are small, outdated, dark and lacking amenities. The hotel itself isn't much better. For a five star midtown price, I've been more comfortable at a Holiday Inn. Oh, you'll also be charged extra for "destination fees" for NYC as well as $65 / day for parking

Have you ever wanted to play guitar on the edge of your bed while staring out the window looking at the Empire State building with the window open listening to the soft pattering of rain and the distant sounds of the city below. I have and it all became a reality thanks to the kindness of Michelle, a truly amazing and kind person. I will never forget the memories I made here. May all the songs played here be played for you Michelle!

Perfect hotel in manhattan! The staff were amazing, patient and friendly. Every request or questions we had they helped With pleasure The hotel itself is gorgeous and super clean. The location is prime with coffee shops and breakfast spots a minute walk. Our room was big (which is hard to find in nyc) 100% recommended.
