Had an excellent stay at the AKA. I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels in NYC & this is as good as anywhere. Very comfortable & spacious accommodation and extremely quiet - so surprising given that Times Square is a 30 second walk away. Staff are welcoming, personable & great fun. A real & welcome addition to such a fabulous accommodation. We loved meeting Kevin, Cesar & the gang every day. They made our holiday extra special for us & helped us all, particularly our twin boys, settle in to the hustle and bustle of midtown New York. Loved every minute & look forward to coming back again soon!

AKA Times Square is in an excellent location for tourists. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were on the second floor facing W 44th Street. One of the windows did let in a bit of a draft but we had the heater on, and the room was warm. We heard a lot of noise from outside, but it is near Times Square after all. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely, especially Kevin (a ray of sunshine). We will definitely stay here again!

A very comfortable hotel, with excellent location, hygiene and comfort. We must highlight the excellent quality of care from the staff, Kevin, Cesar, Elliot, Julio B, Tina and Julio D. A BEAUTIFUL PLACE, A BEAUTIFUL MEMORY... Without a doubt a place to stay...

overall everyting was very good... Kevin at the reception adds special value to this establishment through his positive and hospitable attitude. rooms are spacious, location is great... Lounge and business center very nice.. We will stay here again

What a great place to stay and location when visiting NYC. Our 2nd stay here and this one was just as good if not better than before. Very spacious apartment, immaculately presented and every member of staff we encountered from the Cleaner to the flamboyant Kevin on Reception did AKA proud - well done all & thanks for making our 2nd stay at AKA so memorable!! Really hope to be back again some day!!

The best experience in an Hotel in Manhattan never seen A very special highlight to Kevin, the front desk boy, is an artist with all the letters. The staff were very friendly, kind , warm & welcoming. I enjoyed my stay at AKA, the apartment are spacious, well maintained & clean. I stayed in the studio suite & it was great to have a stove & fridge for the days when l felt like cooking. Hotel location is at the heart of Times Square & close to subway & main streets.

Unser Zimmer ist recht groß, wir sind zu zweit unterwegs und es ist beinah eher eine „Suit“, als ein Zimmer. Es gibt einen extra Loungebereich, welcher für alle nutzbar ist, ebenso einen Fitnessraum. Wir haben keine gute Aussicht, stattdessen das Abluftrohr der Klimaanlage vom Haus gegenüber vor dem Fenster, das ist dann doch eher laut und nervig, generell aber zu verkraften. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr, sehr nett! Die Crew muss man auf jeden Fall positiv hervorheben!

Excellent staff. Our favorite home away from home. Cesar and Ken are terrific hosts. Convenient location close to business hub, restaurants, broadway and tourist attractions. Not too noisy even though it is close to Times Square. We look forward to returning!
