The quality of service in this hotel is indeed very average and the price/performance ratio is not high. I really can't believe it's a Best Western hotel chain.

Staff couldn't provide me with a printed receipt - disappointing.
Nothing healthy about the breakfasts - only white bread, sweet pastries and juices full of sugar.

Este hotel está cerca de la estación de subte Briarwood, línea E y F, a unos 40 minutos del Time Square. Es un edificio antiguo poco mantenido , ubicado en un barrio tranquilo. La recepción correcta pero nadie hablaba español. El wifi era muy malo. El desayuno se sirve en el subsuelo y el lugar era pequeño; para desayunar tiene lo básico. La habitación antigua, chica pero limpia. El baño con lo necesario. Si buscas alojarte cerca del aeropuerto este hotel es una opción.
