Great location - close to Times Square but not so crazy. Beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. They provide breakfast, until 10:00 daiky, as well as coffee/tea/water/juice and snacks 24/7, in a lovely area on the second floor. Really friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay at Casablanca and we love it! The staff are friendly and I feel safe and hotel is clean. The best amenities for a family are the snacks and drinks available all the time and the room size. We got the suite and it was perfect for our family of 4, we didn’t feel cramped at all and my teenage sons could stretch out and not share beds. Plus you don’t need to leave Times Square there are so many food and shopping right on the next several blocks. It’s also a block from the subway. High recommended hotel, when we come back to visit, we will pick Casablanca again!

Casablanca is the only hotel we stay at in NYC when we go in for a show or special occasion. The hotel is lovely, and the staff there are all friendly, helpful and amazing. The rooms are really nice, and have a lot of extras (more than most nice hotels.) PLUS it is right next to Times Square, Bryant Park and close to Restaurant Row! We are going back in two weeks for a special family occasion and of course we will be staying at Casablanca. PS- the breakfast is really nice and the staff are so helpful!!! Plus Rick's Cafe is open 24 hours a day with snacks, treats and soft drinks (and coffee/tea.)

My wife and I had a great time in NY and the Casablanca was one of the main reasons. Room was great, services were very good and we loved Rick's cafe for breakfast and a place to relax after a long day of sight seeing.

The hotel was lovely, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They kept our amazon order safe, arranged hotel transport etc. The room was brilliant had everything required. The hotel was reasonably quiet for the central location. The snack area/breakfast was really tasty and the breakfast staff very helpful. We will visit again and recommend to all our friends.

This hotel is like staying with friends without the awkward inconveniences for them and you. Prime location in Times Square, incredible service and amenities. Very helpful and accommodating staff. This is the only hotel to stay at in New York hands down

Brilliant location close to Time Sq, really good helpful, pleasant staff. Clean comfortable room. Good breakfast plus drinks and snacks 🙂
