I traveled alone with daughter 2 years old, booked and paid in advance for the hotel room, very tired finally arrived at hotel at 7pm and guess what, security deposit is "mandatory" and only accepting credit card. I only have debit card and cash which they don't accept. So imagine, receptionist said he called General Manager to ask for permission to stay without deposit or to accept cash, and the answer l got is:"GM said you have to go and find another hotel!" Imagine, despite having booking prepaid already they made such desioson, l have video recorded about my experience, it should be published because this hotel stuff shouldn't ever work in hospitality. Also, when l ask about GM name, receptionist Bobby said that GM name is Scott Wilson, but on LinkedIn there is no name as such, l found Steve Vargas. When l ask did GM (who made such a desisoion) ever worked in hospitality before, receptionist said not sure. Well, as luxury hospitality professional and world traveller, l can tell you with certainty that this hotel shouldn't even have 2 stars due to people who work there. At the end another receptionist Jay bag me to stay after me recording video, at first l didn't want to due to all humiliating experience l even cried because my daughter is tired and hungry and l stayed more than 1 hour arguing on reception about deposit imagine. I accepted to stay just because it was late and my priority is to settle and feed daughter, otherwise l would never. Also, FYI all, hotel look nothing like advertised, our bathroom in room 408 had no door, on furniture stain everywhere, etc.
