The location of the hotel is very good. All major attractions are within walking distance. There are many eateries and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is new, the rooms are small. If you come for work or need to spend the night, ok. For family travelers with children, it is better to choose another hotel.
As for breakfast, this is a separate issue; the room, and this is the lobby, cannot accommodate all residents. So people had to wait. On the second day we ran out of sausages (apparently there was nothing else), the coffee machine broke down and we ran out of disposable forks. Nothing was decided within a day. The staff couldn't even resolve the issue with the forks. Overall the hotel is good, but not ready to be completely full.

The room was tiny and the bed sheets and pillows smelled like dirty hair. They could use somw bleach. I asked the front desk for an extra blanket but never received it.

Check in was quick. We were on the first floor and it was so loud at night -- the lobby worker had friends visiting whose voices echoed in the lobby until midnight. In the morning, the beeping of the waffle maker in the breakfast area was loud, even from the tin with the door closed. There were hairs on the bathroom and bed that were clearly not ours as they were not our hair type. The bathroom was so cramped that you cannot open the door fully because it hits the toilet. There was noise very loud in our room from what I think was hotel workers moving things. However, the price was low, the location was great, and it didn't feel unsafe. You get what you pay for, and it fulfilled our basic needs for a one night stay in the city.

Staff and so others,work as robots.Not very friendly,as in the breakfast,they started cleaning and collecting everything while guests are taking there meals… also ,they did not offer the same quality/quantity of breakfast’ products at all times.So if you go at 8:30 am ,you have a breakfast that you won’t have later and viceversa.

Small, clean, comfortable hotel close to cruise port terminal and waterfront attractions. Within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Special shoutout to Ms. Rehana who was very helpful and arranged our shuttle to the port.

Clean. Convenient to the Port (two blocks), and walkable to Broadway.
A bit noisy as we were on the first floor, with the office/common area just outside our room. But our room was ready when got there at 10 am.
Perfect for our night in NYC.
