I come here for business, not less than 4 times per years. We choose this hotel initially for the position because is the best, directly connected to subway, close to the financial district and the area around is quite calm, good to have a nice rest during the night, without noise from the street. The lobby is not so big but nice and directly connected to the Serafina restaurant, at the desk you will find always nice staff ready to help you in all your needs. The hotel have several solutions of rooms, but my suggestion is to choose not smaller that “Studio Queen “ room, because the others one are really small. But for sure you will find always nice rooms, super clean, with all the services necessary and very quiet, so sleep here it is very pleasant and comfortable. Inside the hotel there’s also a nice bar, open only during the weekend, where you can drink something and meet nice people. The staff is always very kind and professional, all the time I came back the grant me to feel like at home. The only one suggestion i want to provide is to improve the breakfast, because right now is provided through Serafina restaurant, but honestly it’s at the limit of sufficiency. The price is in line with other hotels in that area and in consideration to the services provided. I suggest to stay here…is a very good hotel!

The staff are so kind, friendly, and helpful. Specifically, Chris was an absolute light and helped us in a difficult, last minute booking situation. Victor was also very helpful. The interior was also very beautiful. Overall, would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

At last! A really nice little hotel with friendly staff. Great location and really nice room. Small but didn’t need more! Bathroom was heavenly with a great hot shower. Had room service from serafina which was fast and very good. Lifts are fast.
