This small hotel is very convenient, clean , quiet and friendly in the middle of manhattan.

The location is OK. It's not far from Times Square. It's on a very narrow street. The safety is OK. The hotel facilities are average, but overall it's not bad for this price.

Super heart-warming service. I booked a double room, but they didn't have it and gave me two single rooms for free. I always prefer Hilton Preferred when booking hotels.

Great Hotel! Great location!👌 The hotel is located just minutes from Penn Station and literally the subway station just around the corner. Surprisingly this was a inexpensive stay, the rooms are small but have all the amenities that you need. The cleanliness and upkeep could use some refreshing, shower tiles are in desperate need of some elbow grease. But what made my stay so great, and memorable was young lady at the FD ZaidaC. & Allie at the restaurant, Allie went above and beyond for my breakfast order, Thank you Allie! They're the kindest and most helpful staff. Like almost all hotels they also charge a $30 resort fee per night but it's applied against the bill at their restaurant/bar. Will definitely stay here again.

Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas de Time Square, des Subway, de quelques restaurants sur la IX eme avenue, à 20 min à pied de le célèbre Empire State Building et un peu plus à l’est pour le Edge. On peut tout voir à pieds pour ceux qui aiment la marcher jusqu’à centrale Park. Le personnel est correcte, on a été informé dès notre arrivée de l’intérêt de la caution sur laquelle ils prennent 29& par chambre : l’équivalent de la taxe et de la consommation sur place obligatoire. La chambre au 12e, propre, wifi correcte, ménage fait régulièrement avec changement des serviettes et literie confortable. Point négatif, pas de vue sur la ville et absence de douchette. Le petit déjeuner est très pauvre. Le plus, vous avez un distributeur de café gratuit à tout moment. La consigne à bagages est gratuite. Le staff peut vous commander un Uber pour votre retour au même prix. Globalement, satisfait. Je le recommande

Great hotel! Small rooms but excellent service. Elevators are fast, beds are comfortable. They have awesome Brooklyn based, Apotheke soaps, shampoo, & conditioner. toiletries. Stayed here when in town walking distance to Times Square and Penn Station. Restaurant was ok but this review is for the hotel itself. Checked in via app and room was ready prior to Checkin time. Would stay here again.
