Very nice experience at the Dylan Hotel while we were in NYC for a show. Renovated room with high ceilings, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. European coffee makings and open fridge were a nice touch. Definitely recommend. There is construction in the lobby so we had to go to a temporary lobby on the 3rd floor but polite, attentive staff were present each time to take care of us. Well done

We loved this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect! A block from Grand Central Station. Walking distance to Times Square and Broadway. Our room was very modern and so clean! The bathroom was very spacious! There was construction going on at the time and it didn’t bother us a bit! Staff was fabulous and friendly. We highly recommend The Dylan and will definitely go back!!

Room didn't look anything like the pictures. Was old and dingy. No outlets. Weird lights. Fridge didn't work.

Really nice hotel. Spacious and comfy room. Staff was really caring and paid attention to my special needs. Location is great, near Bryant Park and Time Square.

Staff were great and really helpful, cleaning team always kept the room tidy. Location is absolutely perfect - round the corner from Grand Central (easy to get to and from JFK) and very short walk to Times Square, Fifth Avenue and the Empire State. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to New York.

On arrival my sister and I where met by Ramen who was incredibly welcoming, instantly I knew this would be a great place to stay. The room that I stayed in was great with substantial space and a very comfortable bed. Lydia was also a very helpful member of staff with great suggestions of a variety of places to eat in New York as well as recommending the Benjamin's restaurant which was downstairs. All in all I had a fabulous stay at this hotel due to the great location, staff and an incredibly comfortable room.

Property is undergoing major renovation so hard to comment as clearly things are changing. If you need a place to lay your head, you can expect fun themed rooms that can offer a bit of an escapism experience. My room was a bit over the top, a science and renaissance conjunction theme. Service ranged from clearly being busy with the remodel to genuinely friendly and everything in between. Obviously great location if traveling, not a lot open late nights though!

I was lucky enough to stay in a newly renovated room! Wow, very nice neat room! The rest of the hotel was not yet finished but will undoubtedly look great. People who work in the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended !! Times Square and subways within walking distance. Safe for a woman to walk around alone in the evening
