The best part about this hotel is the location. It is right off the subway and very close to Central Park, Columbus circle, and Lincoln center. There is a fitness center in the basement but it is very small and stuffy and hot. The pool was not open during our stay which is too bad but that's not their fault. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The worst part of this hotel is the rooms. Our window faced some vent and we had no light. The bathroom was bleak and the ceilings and the doors were old and dirty.
The bed was comfortable.

The room is too small and too bad. The window is a little bit. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked two nights. The next day, the front desk said that they agreed to refund me one night's room rate. So far, they have not refunded it. I need manual customer service.

Is excellent location near Central Park. Very convenient for navigating the upper manhattan area. Very nice decorations but bathroom is small and old. Considering the prices and locations is still an excellent choice.
