雖然酒店有些年頭，但酒店位置非常好，出門就是法拉盛的繁華街區，生活很方便，離大型生活超市，美食城都很近，服務也很好，我們的飛機是近凌晨到，到酒店都凌晨一點多了，但酒店仍有前台工作人員接待，這項服務，很多酒店都是沒有的

The staff was rude and unhelpful. I informed them shortly after checking in that the sink was clogging, but their response was dismissive. They simply replied with phrases like "这是旺季，旺季" (meaning "This is the peak season, peak season") and "There's nothing I can do. What else do you want?" Moreover, the facilities were outdated. I certainly won't choose to stay here again.

入住第一天、房間電視是壞的、電話是壞的、馬桶是壞的，要求換房，被告知衹能次日下午才可以換。第二天換了一個房間，電話是壞的、燒水壺是壞的、床上發現臭蟲！要求提前離店，被拒，要求攜程介入，攜程先是告知幾小時後店家會回覆（因為攜程也是通過第三方中介），然後又是幾小時，再拖幾小時，一直拖到兩天後退房。離店後我聯繫攜程客服，客服反我“為什麼兩天前不離店？”請問攜程一直拖延時間不處理，我如果離店了攜程會全額退款嗎？
總結：垃圾酒店➕不負責的第三方➕不專業的攜程客服，遠離這個酒店，除了賺返點，別指望攜程會做什麼。
