Internet work very bad and no signals inside my room 401 If I need call somebody I must go outside and bad service breakfast zone there girls talking very bad with costumers!

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Evelyn is a beautiful hotel at a great location in the city, very convenient for a business trip with meetings around the city. Evening wine in the lobby is a plus and the breakfast is simple and delicious.

Such a gem of a hotel! Great location and very cute inside. The new bar is super cool too. Comfortable beds and the staff are extremely helpful. My husband and I were recently in the city for a quick weekend and Tiffany and Feliciano from the front desk made our trip!

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and share my experiences from my recent stay at your delightful hotel. The location was perfect, and staying at Evelyn truly felt like being at home. A special mention goes to Amal. She made our stay especially memorable with her genuine warmth and assistance. Her beautiful smile when we checked in made the process smooth and welcoming. My daughter was particularly fond of her, especially when Amal surprised her with a bag of chips and cookies – that really made her day. Thank you, Amal, for making our visit so special. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location, very nice staff especially Amal (guest relations ambassador) who assisted with a temporary inconvenience. Although the restaurant is under going renovations there was a nice cafe for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again when I return to NYC.
