Rooms are cozy & comfortable and layout was just right for a couple like us with no kids. All the staff were considerate and accommodating. There is valet parking and uber stops right in front of the hotel. Gild also has a restaurant with in room dining option, a bar and coffee refreshments in the lobby. Will definitely include in our list of fave hotels in NY

Great experience. Stayed few nights. Well maintained and clean. The rooms are good size for NYC. The bedroom and bathroom are stylish and well furnished and decorated. The staff are superb. They are attentive and helpful. The bar / restaurant has great food.

I'm am admittedly picky when it comes to hotels - and this is a 10/10. First of all the service is amazing. Shout out to Rob who went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and even reassured me as we were moving our oldest to NYC! The beds comfortable, rooms very clean, the facility is so unique and cool, and quiet considering the location. Very convenient location, and restaurant looked great but didn't have time to try it this trip - on the list for next time. Thank you Rob & Team!

Never stayed at Gild Hall. I generally stay in midtown or the Wall Street Hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful the hotel stylish and quiet and the room soacious with fine linens and a fully stocked mini bar which is difficult to find these days. Large high def TV and well designed layout. I’ll be back.

Malheureusement, à plus de 600$ la nuit, cet hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur. Ce sera plus un hôtel à 300$ maximum. Les frais en sus sont exagérés, c'est dommage. Le personnel était gentil mais le rapport qualité prix est mauvais et décevant. À ce prix, on s'attend à plus. L'hôtel est propre mais désuet et vieux. Ascenseur peu rassurant, chambre correcte sans plus. Localisation très bien, à 5 minutes du One World.

This is my worst accommodation experience Most of the facilities in the room are broken. For example, there is mold growing in the refrigerator, and the room phone is broken, making it impossible to contact the hotel. The hotel room key card was set incorrectly, so I had to walk from the room to the counter at least 5 times! One day while having breakfast in the restaurant, we waited for at least 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order.

The staff, property & location is just perfect for lower manhattan/FiDi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. From a complimentary room upgrade, a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our anniversary, dining and logistics recommendations, the Gild Hall team truly exceeded expectations. Thank you Robert, Ben, & Pam for a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!
