Way overpriced. No amenities. They advertise a gym access to Blink Fitness. Not true. Blink suspended them. The room is tiny, beat up and doesn’t look like the pictures online. The elevator is really shoddy. There are many much nicer hotels in the area for the same price. I will never stay at a Sonder hotel again.

Great location that was convenient and walkable to many of the tourist attractions including Time Square, MSG and Central Park. Lots of dining options around hotel as well.

Overall it was a nice experience, but there were information that was given us only after the reservation, for exemple, there was only one conplimentary cleaning in the room during 11 days of stay. One elevator was not working during most of stay. Noisy region during weekend nights.

Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price.

Tolles Hotel und tolle Lage für unsere Zwecke. Sehr schönes Design und ein sehr bequemes und komfortables Bett. Allerdings war das Hotel sehr anonym; die gesamte Kommunikation läuft über die Hotel-App oder per E-Mail.
Sehr nachteilig und nicht des hohen Preises würdig war die magere Ausstattung der Küche: für 2 Personen genau 2 Teller, 2 Schalen, 2 Tassen, 2 Wassergläser, 2 Gabeln, 1 Messer, kein Löffel ... kein Schneidemesser, Schneidebrett, es fehlte einfach vieles, was uns die 6 Tage etwas komfortabler gemacht hätte. Dafür gab es eine (!) Zwischenreinigung und frische Bettwäsche umsonst - immerhin (ist ja in Europa nahezu Standard). Irgendwie ist es eine tolle location, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht.

Great location! Restaurants everywhere. The only thing I missed having was a desk in the room to take phone calls. It could also have better lighting but the windows are huge and let in natural light. Loved my stay! The staff was also super friendly.
