Very comfortable and well priced hotel in a good spot in Brooklyn. MUCH better than the vast majority of alternatives there.

They advertised a pool and hot tub and that was the main reason I booked the room only to find out when we got there for check-in they did not have a pool and hot tub. False advertising.
And when they claim pet friendly they should post the fees for the pets.

Eles não limpam os quartos todos os dias e só descobrimos depois de 3 dias sem arrumação então fomos perguntar. O café da manhã é 95% repetido todos os dias. O quarto quádruplo não tem armário suficiente nem espaço para guardar as malas então tivemos que colocá-las em cima dos armários da mini cozinha. A equipe do café da manhã é extremamente prestativa.

Great location and customer service. We were here for a family visit and our mother was us who is handicapped and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great and highly recommended.
