The location of the hotel is okay, but the room is really not that good. Tatami mats may be very expensive during fashion week.

Can't beat this location and convenience! It is a small room, but fantastic for solo travel on the go, and the option to meet up with friends on the rooftop bar was appreciated. Hotel was clean and cleaning team were on top of things. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful; Martin, in particular, made me feel right at home and put in effort to meet all of my needs. I will be back here.

Room was really really dirty. Trash under the bed. Gross, sticky floors in the room. An odd smell. I got an attitude from the front desk when I asked if housekeeping could clean the trash from under the bed while I was out.

My stay was great! I'm very confused on some of these poor reviews because i would highly recommend. Had an excellent night sleep, the staff were so warm and friendly and made my frenchie & I feel at home. Would visit again.

It's HOOOORRRRRRRRIIIIIIBLE. The Selina hotel brand seems to be about being Young! And Fun! And Having Adventure! That's fine. In the event, the hotel is overpriced and really bad. With the room they're going for a boho-chic kind of feeling but it's just cheap and uncomfortable - no expense has not been spared - it actually feels sub-IKEA. There's nowhere to work in the room - you have to go to bars with their relentless ever-throbbing house music. The staff also seemed to be whatever could be cobbled together. It's really, really unimpressive. Now you know!

Good location, great bars, food good but small menu. Rooftop bar especially nice.
Negatives: no comfortable seating in rooms, only stylish unpleasant things. Mattresses are on the floor. Difficult to get front desk to answer phone. Extremely loud bar in basement— get an upper floor room if you like to sleep.
It was a good value for the money, I would stay here again if I need this location in Chelsea.
