Rubbish hotel, book the largest room and give you the smallest room, then the air conditioner is broken and there are abnormal noises, return to the hotel in the middle of the night and wait for ten minutes before someone opens the lobby door

Super central hotel, clean and quiet. Plenty of cool channels on the TV and 15 min away from times square and plenty of food available around for breakfast. A cafe is located within the hotel which is nice. The hotel feels safe as well. A fridge was available

This was a very affordable hotel option for the quality and location. We were able to park on the street outside of the hotel for free on Saturday and Sunday. HGU is close to the Empire State Building, 5th Ave, and lots of shops and restaurants. The HGU staff was extremely nice. We enjoyed the NOA cafe (great food and coffee) and guest lounge (comfy couches with books to socialize). Our room was cute and perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the temperature settings have a lot of options. We will be coming back and recommending to our family/friends.

It’s a ok Hotel, front desk is nice I think his name is Jamal, but the guys from the NOA NOA which is the cafeteria/breakfast they are amazing ! Overall is a great costumer service! About the room, is ok the price is fine to be New York, don’t expect too much. The first night my child got some some bites we want to think it was a fly or something similar but next day we ask them to remove everything and make the room again garter that everything smooth. They has a partnership with the SOLACE NY GYM, is super nice but the you must to create an account to login and go. Takes about 10 min then is fine. No room service Mini bar has 2 Evian waters 2 beers handcrafted Thera some alcohol (booze) out of the minibar Old dated hotel.

Room was small but king bed comfortable. Wished I could have signed into Netflix on flat screen TV. Not a lot of room to hang long coats. Was afraid I may break one of the bottles of alcohol that were on top of mini fridge in closet. Would be nice to have coffee in the room too.

Great location. However, the rooms are outdated for new technology there are hardly any outlets or charging stations to charge devices. The water pressure was not good at all. The Heat didn't work properly and the floors are hardwood in the rooms, they were not vacuumed in the 10 days stay I had there.
