Fantastic hotel! Really central location with a subway stop on the street. Good location to get around New York. Room was clean and we had service every day. Room 519 was noisy with a generator outside the building which was on 24/7, staff didn’t hesitate in letting us change room. The amenities on the 2nd floor are great with coffee and water available all the day. Complimentary water bottle was a nice touch. Make sure you visit the roof top bar, the views of the Empire State Building can’t be beaten. Would stay again

Gorgeous hotel and all the staff, from front of house to the ladies that service yr room, are really helpful and polite..always stay here when I go to New York located in Central Manhatten just 300yds from subway and Macys.. it's that good I'm back in Aug..

Friendly and helpful staff, super comfortable room, and enjoyed the sparkling/ still water dispenser with provided water bottles.
If you are a light sleeper, note that lots of loud street noise (at least on side above lobby). We live in a city but New York is louder than most.

Overall a good place to stay, our room was spacious, especially for NYC standards. Only negative is that walls and doors are not sound proof at all and you can literally hear people talking next door.

Amazing hotel in a bang on location for 5th Ave and Times square. Modern, relaxed with some old school charm and impeccable service by all the staff . We are booking to go back as we had such a great stay . Any queries were sorted or answered immediately, and it really felt like home. Great rooftop bar and next door to lovely bars and restaurants as well 👌
