Awful experience. Small bare room, blood on wall, grubby sheets, window wide open in a gale…robotic rude staff moved us with hardly a word, clearly used to the process! Unbelievable and distressing experience…Don’t book, the bad reviews here are real!

It's so big that check in feels like an airport, the revolving door at the entrance makes you think of the billion American movies seen, despite the size very clean and well maintained, the location I think is perfect. For being New York unbeatable value for money.

It is in an excellent location, facing a metro station, very friendly staff. However, it is an older hotel, it is noticeable in the rooms although clean. The beds are comfortable enough to stay a night or two no more.

Honestly - listen to the bad reviews and don’t spend a penny here. Dirty hotel with rude staff. It’s a cheap price but not worth the unpleasantness of this hotel. Rooms are very small. Breakfast is really small and from a shop across the street.
