The young man at the counter when we checked in (Andy) was amazing. Really personable and friendly, upgraded our room and gave us amazing dinner recommendations. Unfortunately can't say the same for the lady who worked one of the day shift afterwards, super dry and kind of rude. But overall, Hotel room itself was great, clean and spacious with lots of room. We had an issue with the room being really cold (staff was good though and sent up a heater) but it was still freezing. Good location, quiet and close to restaurant's and local eateries. Would stay here again.

This is our second stay and is our first choice when staying in NYC. The staff is great, location is perfect, and the rooms are very clean.
My only disappointment was that the mattress was a little too firm in our room during this stay for my comfort. During our previous stay, the mattress was perfect, so I will make sure to specify for our next stay.

All the staff were very nice and were very helpful even when we had dumb questions ! The location was very close to a lot of tourist-y stuff and good food option. The small grocery store around the corner had great food that helped us out during our stay!

Terrific little hotel with amazing staff . Perfect place to come back to after seeing the sights. The lounge was an added bonus!
