I must admit that I am accustomed to must nicer hotels as this was a last minute visit. The online photos are great and it appeared to be a great choice. I checked in and booked another hotel within 10 minutes… the location is fantastic but the quality of room felt like a mid-grade, dirty hostel. It was worth the loss of $1600 for two nights to not stay there.

Front desk was great, overall accommodations could have been more comfortable-no blind for the window shared between the bathroom and bedroom was rough. Very tough to sleep with street lights and no blind.

El hotel no es de 4 estrellas , le falta mantenimiento, es caro para la prestación que ofrece , no tiene cafetera , placares no existen casi , es muy chica la habitacion , la ubicacion fabulosa pero esta poco mantenido Se esfuerzan pero ea un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas No hay mucho lugar para guardar y tiene una bañera inutil que usamos de guarda cosas Sin cafetera es un 0

Area is very close to great restaurants and shops. Rooms were decent sized and clean. However, water temperature during my stay was very inconsistent. Upon arrival, hot water was not working. After calling the front desk to alert them of this issue, I was told to “Just let the water run and it will eventually get hot.” After 20 minutes water finally reached a lukewarm temperature. This continued through the entirety of the stay and had it not been 40 degrees outside, might have been more tolerable.

It was just ok. Not great. The room is oddly laid out with the toilet farthest it can be to the sink. The room is showing a lot of wear. The room phone was very dirty. The TV was difficult to use… you had to press up on the channel 50+ x to get to a channel that worked & well wouldn’t have known this if we didn’t call the front desk. Rooftop was closed. Bed was sunken from wear and the mattress should be replaced. The staff was very good.
