The location is good, but the facilities are not comfortable and I struggled with the musty smell. The refrigerator was just a storage room and there was no cold at all.
It wasn't a power issue, but it was not resolved.
There was no hot water, so I asked for action, but this was fixed the next day.
The floor carpet was always wet and I thought it was a leak problem, and this always gave off a musty smell.
The room was very dark. There were only a few lights, so it felt stuffy.

Property was fine for a short stay. Small rooms but that’s to be expected in the heart of downtown. Bed was comfortable but it was really loud outside. Just be aware if you are planning to stay here you are staying right in downtown so it’s bound to be loud. Couldn’t hear other guests but could hear their alarms going off through the wall. Overall I would stay here again since we didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel, but I would maybe bring headphones to sleep with to block out some of the noise of the city since the big window doesn’t do anything to block the sound of delivery trucks and traffic (which is fine at 5PM but jarring at 3AM).

The bed was weird as there was a substantial bench that went around all sides, making it difficult to get in and out of the bed. There was also no door to the room with the shower, so laying in bed, you had full view of the shower, which was clear glass. So, if youre sharing a room with someohlne, make sure you dont mind watching them shower, or them watching you.

This hotel charged a resort fee when I arrived. this may be a way to show a lower per night rate, but ot is an unacceptable hidden fee, and there are no resort-like amenities to justify the charge. Otherwise the hotel is OK. only good thing was friendly staff and location.
