The location of the hotel is very good. It is only 200 meters away from Times Square. It is very convenient. The facilities and facilities in the rooms are above four-star standard. The American-style bar lobby is amazing. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to New York.

The location is good as it is next to Brian Park. It's easy to get to Rockefeller or the subway, and Times Square is just a block or two away. It's nice to be able to do it. The hotel is also pretty as it is an old building that has been renovated to look old-fashioned. However, there is no refrigerator in each room and there is only a wine cellar, so you have to request a separate request. There is no microwave in the hotel itself. Of the two exits, the one closest to Brayan Park is for exit only, so you have to carry luggage or go around when returning home. It's a pity. I've been here for about a week, but the reception isn't that friendly.

The location of the hotel is close to Times Square and the 42nd Street subway station, with convenient transportation. The hotel facilities are relatively old, and only stainless steel sanitary ware is used in the bathroom. There is no coffee machine in the room, no free coffee and tea, and there is no cup in the whole room, and there is no cup for rinsing in the bathroom. Two paper cups are provided after asking House Keeping. The refrigerator in the room was broken. After looking for House Keeping twice, the staff sent a refrigerator, but it didn't replace the invalid one. It just put down and plugged in the power supply in the room. Fortunately, there is space in the room. I lived for 6 nights, and I had to call house keeping every day to deliver two bottles of bottled water. On the fifth day, no one cleaned the room!

Old building, but close to Times Square! Very good in terms of location It's not noisy because it's on a high floor, and I had a good trip in New York thanks to it. The staff's service is kind and good.

La ubicación de este hotel es perfecta, en el centro de Manhattan. Nos dieron una habitación grande en el piso 14, con una zona de estar con sofá amplísimo y otra zona con una mesa de despacho grande también. La cama muy grande y cómoda y unas almohadas que me hubiera traído a mi casa. El baño moderno y amplio. La limpieza de la habitación muy bien todos los días. El hall de entrada es muy amplio y bonito, pero me pareció que en otros tiempos debió de ser espectacular, funcionando las barras de bar y con algo más de luz. Ahora mantiene el mobiliario pero no hay bar. El personal es muy amable y profesional, nos han ayudado para que la estancia haya sido estupenda. Una mención especial para María, la suerte que hemos tenido de que estuviera ahí, y para Isaiah, que nos recibió el primer día amable y simpático, cuando llegamos agotados tras un viaje largo y trámites larguísimos en el aeropuerto. En resumen, un hotel en el que repetiría estancia, los pequeños defectos que hay que ir renovando, la moqueta por ejemplo, los compensa con creces la atención personal recibida y la limpieza que se observa.
