I'm not traveling to New York. I just stayed here for one night with my kids during New Year's Eve. The 750-dollar room was like a prison with no windows and everything was very small. There was urine smell on the floor next to the toilet and it was not cleaned immediately. The breakfast was like something out of a movie. The breakfast in the prison is very poor. It can be said that except for the good location and the staff, everything else is not good.

Really Great location. In the center of the action. If you don't like crowds, this is not for you. Comfy bed. Well heated during winter which was great.
The restaurant upstairs was always fully booked, no privileged access to people staying at the hotel.
Helpful staff but sometimes too agressive staff for tips. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
Room linens, curtains were dirty.
Found some food packaging from the people before us next to the bed so it's not cleaned very well.

Perfect location for broadway shows, Time Square, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast in the morning. Downside, there is a lot of noise on the street side.

If you have a short stay in Manhattan, this hotel is perfect and within easy walking distance to the most iconic destinations in the city. There is a beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant and a little gym. The room was clean, modern and beautiful. The room was small but compactly practical and well layed out. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in the city and this was the best for the price. Exceptional hotels for couples and it also had a nice breakfast area with decent food options. Staff was very professional and very helpful and accomidating

Overrated Hotel, not recommended. Hotel has a roof bar and a sushi restaurant. Looks like most people walk in or wait in the reception for that reason. Rooms are really small, not even a place to put a suitcase in or a proper desk to work is available. Needs also some renovation, you see and feel immediately that nothing has been done for many years. Location is next to Times Square, so very busy, but my room on the 3. floor was calm.

Comodissimo a Time Square e alla metro. In 10 minuti a piedi arrivi a molte delle attrazioni di NY. Camere pulite e piccole. Colazione a dir poco inadeguata a un 4*S, niente salato con poco e modesto dolce. A parte questo ci tornerei per la posizione.

Great stay. Hotel has a nice lobby. We first got a room without a window but that was resolved after the first night. Great rooftop. Comfy beds. Location is great and the staff are outstanding. Eddie was very helpful. Thanks Eddie and team. Much appreciated.
