不是來紐約旅行的，衹是跨年來帶孩子玩住了一晚，750美元的房間像監獄一樣的沒有窗子，什麼都很小，馬桶旁邊地板上有尿味沒有打掃趕緊，早餐也像是電影裏監獄的早餐非常差. 可以説除了地理位置好工作人員可以其他什麼都不好.

Really Great location. In the center of the action. If you don't like crowds, this is not for you. Comfy bed. Well heated during winter which was great.
The restaurant upstairs was always fully booked, no privileged access to people staying at the hotel.
Helpful staff but sometimes too agressive staff for tips. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
Room linens, curtains were dirty.
Found some food packaging from the people before us next to the bed so it's not cleaned very well.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The breakfast included was convenient and delicious. I really enjoyed the ambiance and feel of the place. And of course, you can’t beat the location.

Excellent service all round - Vicky knows what real customer service is and must be s great asset to the hotel - with so much choice in NY - no need to go elsewhere .Location is ideal for all the reasons you will go to New York for , Everyone was helpful and welcoming

Great location, helpful staff especially Delvis & Vichet! The rooms were very clean. The rooms did seem a little dated and not very sound proof but with the location of the hotel you can kind of accept it. The only thing we did find a bit strange was the lack of places to hang towels etc. The safe also wasn’t fixed down which we found a bit strange - it was free to use though haha. The free breakfast was a great addition as that area of New York can be quite expensive. Only thing I would say is sometimes it’s a bit difficult to get a table but what can you expect when it’s free haha! I cannot fault how friendly the staff were, anything you needed they would try to accommodate.
