不是來紐約旅行的，衹是跨年來帶孩子玩住了一晚，750美元的房間像監獄一樣的沒有窗子，什麼都很小，馬桶旁邊地板上有尿味沒有打掃趕緊，早餐也像是電影裏監獄的早餐非常差. 可以説除了地理位置好工作人員可以其他什麼都不好.

Really Great location. In the center of the action. If you don't like crowds, this is not for you. Comfy bed. Well heated during winter which was great.
The restaurant upstairs was always fully booked, no privileged access to people staying at the hotel.
Helpful staff but sometimes too agressive staff for tips. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable at times.
Room linens, curtains were dirty.
Found some food packaging from the people before us next to the bed so it's not cleaned very well.

Friendly front desk, Raychel booked several trips for us and nothing was too much trouble for her. It's in a great spot for Times Square and sightseeing. Slept great every night. The beds and pillows were really comfy. Would recommend. But New York stinks of **** everywhere, everyone smokes it now it's legal.

Hotel molto pulito e vicinissimo a Time Square . Colazione soddisfacente con brioche fresche. Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Eddie che ha risolto un disguido legato alla tipologia del letto. L’unica pecca la moquette … sarebbe più igienico un bel pavimento.

Hotel room was without day light and very old. Breakfast was terrible. You can hace some not so good cruasanes or something like this, tea or coffe and some bananas or apple. Staff were so good and ready to help for everything! Especially Vichet was so kind of man. Thank you!

Cute boutique hotel. Small room but it is well designed and comfortable. Can't see the light of day out the windows, however, bc they are so close to other buildings. However,, the staff is very friendly and the location is fabulous so I will likely be back.

The bed was so soft I almost didn’t want to leave it but then I remembered I was in New York! Nichole was so kind and got me a complimentary slice of cheesecake as well some bubbles as a birthday gift. I felt so special at the sanctuary. It was a really lovely room with really friendly team members.
