I didn’t appreciate that there was no elevator. Also would have liked the option of an electronic key and a key pass. Was not given an option and having just the electronic key was a problem.

Very convenient location for restaurants and bars in Bowery. Close to Little Italy, SoHo, Chinatown, and East Village. Staff was helpful with luggage storage. Booked the basic room, which was plenty for two people.

I stayed at the Sohotel for two nights. The room was very clean and really tidy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. The bathroom floor is heated which is a nice surprise. There is a fridge in the room but no kettle or tea/coffee facilities. Lobby coffee and tea was available until about 2pm. The stairs are steep - not the hotel for you if you have mobility issues or are travelling with lots of heavy luggage. The staff are fantastic - helpful and friendly. They make the place feel welcoming and safe. Would definitely stay here again as the location for lower manhattan is excellent.

El Soho es espectacular, por lo tanto la ubicación no puede ser mejor. Las habitaciones muy cálidas y muy bien atendidos. Recomendable 100 %. Volveremos sin dudas.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour ses chambres familiales avec 3 vrais lits. Nous n'avons pas du tout été déçus. Le design de l'hôtel est magnifique, les lits sont très confortables, et l'insonorisation des chambres est impeccable. Plusieurs stations de métro à proximité immédiate. Café et thé à disposition le matin. Attention le ménage est fait uniquement à la demande. Petit bémol: la lumière dans la salle de bains n'est pas assez puissante, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

The place is decorated super cute, is totally clean, and beds are comfy! Location is super walkable to tons of restaurants and bars. Everyone was super friendly and helpful! They also had an amazing tea bar in the lobby with so many different varieties. Would stay here again for sure!
