The location is very busy so the room is very small. I don't recommend staying for a long time. It's a bit depressing, even though we chose a room with a view and a high floor. The business is so good that we can't check in early and there's no time to clean the room every day. Because it's right opposite the Mannes Conservatory of Music, it's very convenient for music students taking exams. The lobby is very beautiful. I waited there until I went to the airport at night. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Stunning hotel and spectacular service! The rooms are huge and immaculate. The shower was so beautiful, I didn't want to get out.. I highly reccoment this hotel. It's a great location and you can walk to everything, including the subway. Some of the best restaurants are also in the area.

This is a beautiful hotel and great location. The bar closes as early as 9:30 and kicks you out when staff is ready to go. Basically the attitude of staff is they would prefer not to be there and percieve themself cooler than the guests they are supposed to be helping.

Really thoughtful and well designed hotel in the heart of the Village. And great food and vibes in the cafe. We’ll be back next time we’re in the City.

Very nice hotel. Chose it for proximity to social event. Room was very nice, amenities great. Breakfast of omelet and fruit was delicious; coffee excellent.

Hotel had no A/C because their system is dependent on the city. They were not given permission to turn it on. My room was 83 degrees when I checked in. There was no outreach to let me know this so had to pick a high cost room down the street last minute. The staff there were even annoyed at management and said this has happened before. Probably fine in the heat of summer when A/C is on, but in shoulder seasons, would not stay here.
