First of all, the room was very old. I had a king bed but they gave me a double bed. Then they charged me $10 for luggage storage. It was the first time I encountered that. But the front desk was very good. It was great.

The thumbnail of this hotel was slightly misleading, I expected the room to be more spacious than it is. I was dissatisfied with the lack of amenities, they did not have anything apart from the toilet paper and some plastic cups, not even a normal ceramic cup. For a four star hotel that takes on the name of “The New Yorker” in on of the most busy areas of New York it does unfortunately reflect the scarcity of space. Yet this should not be an excuse for the aged furniture and the outdated television the size of a laptop. Lastly🙆

The location is very convenient. There is no heating in the room in winter. There is heating equipment but the noise is very loud. The cold air comes out of the double bed room. The big bed is very small and it will be very crowded if there are children. There is no kettle.
