Myself and a group of 9 individuals under my watch stayed for a week at this hotel. 5 out of 7 nights we did not have wifi, which was very critical for our stay as we were working with the UN at the time. Windows were not closing properly causing one room extreme discomfort. Electrical outlets were not working in certain places. One night there was no hot water. Windows were not clean either making it impossible to see outside. The manager, Shameika, promised some form of refund for our stay, but this refund was delayed under "payment processor issues" until the hotel eventually ghosted me entirely. I have not heard anything since 4 months, from the manger nor their "Refunds Department". I was expecting at least some form of refund as the stay was horrible, and I am still expecting it, but as of now it is unfortunate that I was lied to by the manager.
