Love this hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Doorman was extremely helpful. Bathroom was very clean. I would stay here again. I was able to store my bags while I walked around the city and the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area. It was also easy to find a reasonable parking garage nearby. I can’t wait to return this summer.

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund der guten Lage und ziemlich guter Bewertungen bei ******* gebucht. Leider ist das Hotel nicht mehr auf ******* buchbar und es ist auch nicht möglich das Hotel zu kontaktieren. Wir versuchen es per Mail, per Telefon. Keine Chance. Wir haben uns einen super Preis gesichert und jetzt haben wir Angst, dass wir nicht untergebracht werden können. Wir versuchen schon seit 1 Monat(!) Kontakt aufzunehmen. Sofern sich etwas ändert, korrigiere ich die Bewertung gerne nach, momentan bringt es uns leider zur Verzweiflung. Wir haben Angst ohne Unterkunft dazustehen.

Worst experience in a hotel ever! 4 nights 10 problems! 4 stars hotel? I’m sure they exceed by 4! 1) No internet or TV in all our stay 2) every day requesting soap, shampoo and towels 3) Some days with hair dryer, some others don’t. Depends of housekeeping wishes. 4) most heard words during our stay “I’m sorry” and “talk to the manager tomorrow”

This is a bad hotel. Steer clear for anything over $200/night. Upon arrival, no water for guests, no glasses in the rooms for water, and the wifi/phones/cable were ''down with no set time of return''. A false fire alarm goes of at 6am (it happens), when I arrived at the lobby I was dismissed as being obnoxious when I asked what was going on. Poor experience.

I booked a room with free cancellation through both the official website and a third-party booking platform. However, when I tried to cancel, they still charged the full amount to my bank account without providing a refund. I've noticed many others on Google have experienced the same issue. Please be cautious and avoid booking with this hotel. They have withheld my funds, and I am still unable to recover them. I have filed a dispute with my bank and hope for resolution.

Hotel pulito in un’ottima posizione (a pochi passi da grand central station). Le camere sono molto spaziose. Intorno c’è di tutto (ristoranti, markets, ecc). Una delle migliori soluzioni che ho trovato per soggiornare a New York senza spendere una follia.

I have cancelled my full-refundable reservation within few hours over a month ago, and still haven't been refunded by this hotel. They don't answer calls or emails, I have tried to contact a manager but no answer. It is a scam, avoid this place. They owe me 1600 dollars and I don't know if I ever receive them. With so many negative complains about not receiving money back I wonder why booking dot com and hotels dot com allowing them to continue to scam people.

I made a reservation with this hotel thought a third party site for St Patrick's day 2024 based on its location. When I realized that they had taken a significant deposit from my credit card I cancelled the reservation with both the third party site and directly with the hotel. I had until March of 2025 to cancel so was within my rights. It has been very difficult to get my deposit back. The hotel rarely answers the phone and does not respond to emails. I believe that the problem will be resolved with the help of my credit card company but would recommend to avoid this hotel. It is a Wyndham Hotel but I could get no help from Wyndham. I now see that other have had the same issue
