Ongelofelijk veel lawaai en geen begrip noch moeite om ons hierin te accommoderen. Zoveel lawaai van de club dat we tot 4u ‘s nachts niet hebben geslapen. Een regelrechte schande. Bovendien allemaal onbekenden in de kamers en de gangen die binnen en buiten komen vanuit de club, echt niet de standaard van een hotel in deze prijs categorie

Better than expected! Staff were all very kind and helpful. Social club was fun & the gym is a decent size to get a good workout in. Only downsize was there was an issue with pipes which caused an obnoxious humming sound on and off.

It used to be kinda nice. Stayed here pre pandemic and it was good boutique hotel. clean, nice amenity, dark and chic. now it's just dark. ON TOP OF THAT, HOUSE KEEPING REMOVED my personal belongings from the room (a brand new shopping bag) and when I reported it to the front desk, they would "investigate it and report back. After a week, they are "still under investigation". It's a clear negligence on the staff, yet no apology or compensation for it.

I have never written a trip advisor review before. But I also have never had employees of A hotel go so far above and beyond to make my trip special. Helped me find a room amidst an insane week, and after I had messed up my dates. Jose R and Gigi, I hope you see this. Thank you a million times over. Comfortable beds, good gym. A sauna. I will be back many times.

Marcos was incredible and very kind! He was super helpful in questions and service during our check in. Great service from the minute we walked in! Super positive vibes, clean space, and excellent service over all. The building itself is very well kept. There is nice views all round. All workers were very nice and incredibly kind

The sink and shower made a loud obnoxious noise when they were off? Not sure why but was very disruptive when it was time to sleep. Nice hotel outside of that.

One of the best Hotels I ever stayed in. Great Sushi place inside the hotel and great staff throughout the entire hotel. Would definitely come back to the hotel whenever I come back to NYC.

This stay would of been wonderful but the walls are so thin my neighbor was screaming and it was like they were in my room. This happened both nights with the first night being the worst. I call reception twice and the guy wouldn’t stop yelling. His yelling and laughter woke me up all night until like 5am. I have never experienced such thin walls and I travel every week for work. Just for this, I would def not stay here again as sleep is extremely important to me.
