The room was too small, and it was difficult to hear the noise from the park all night long. The hallway carpet was also old and dirty.

It's right next to Times Square, so it's convenient to go anywhere. Breakfast was included, so it was a great stay.

Hotel very well located! Next to Broadway, Times Square and Central Park... Lots of things to do. The hotel is comfortable and clean with a very friendly staff. Many thanks to Dee and Chris at the frontdesk and to Evette and Gloria from Serafina restaurant! It was a pleasure to meet you all! I will come back later this year :-)

Arredi, pulizia, attenzione al dettaglio, gentilezza e professionalità del personale sono le caratteristiche distintive di questo hotel! La stanza è conforme alle aspettative. La posizione è perfetta, adiacente a Times Square, e nonostante il rumore delle strade, l'albergo è silenzioso. La pulizia è eccellente e il letto è comodo. Gli arredi sono molto piacevoli e l'idea di posizionare la TV all'interno del grande specchio è davvero carina. È così ben mimetizzata che non ce ne siamo accorti subito

Decided to go in a day early and stay in the city! Check in was great, the front seat clerk gave me late check out till 3 with no additional fees. The room had more than enough space and the lighting was exceptional! The location is amazing just a block off of Times Square/ shopping galore within a minutes walk. The room was ultra modern with a large walk in shower, and a nice bathroom! I had stayed in a king bed room plenty of space all around the room. There were more than enough power outlets and lights. My experience was more than amazing so I booked dates to stay at the hotel just a few days later!! Upon check out I needed directions to get to another part of the city I was staying in to run a half marathon for a couple of days. Doria the guest services manager was exceptional at providing direction as well as the Josh “The Batman Bellman” I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in just a few days!
