去參加梅西感恩節遊行,順便帶我兒子出去到處看看。我們要了一間雙人套房,還要了一間相鄰房。我不知道酒店還有相鄰房,房間即使按通常的標準來説,也很小,就算按曼哈頓的標準來説,這房間也小了。床很舒服,浴室大小還算合適,所有的東西都需要適當的更新了。

Very disappointed with this hotel. We arrive slightly before check in and ask if we can leave luggage until we can check in. The luggage storage here is leaving in plain view in the tiny lobby area right at the front of hotel. This then leaves no waiting area and no confidence for your luggage's security. Also told at this point that the roof top bar was closed for a private event, which apparently happens alot. This was one reason why we booked this hotel. Get into bed after a long day of walking, pillows were awful and bed was broken ( both end up rolling into the middle) Every slight move the bed creaked. Also no water was supplied in the room and the tea and coffee facilities were minimal. The front desk staff were pretty rude and didnt like the criticism. Did finally get our room fee refunded as what did we actually get for that ? The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the room was very clean. We have stayed in cheaper nyc hotels that have been far better

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. And the service was absolutely horrible. When we first arrived, our rooms was not properly cleaned, because we found food from the previous guests in the fridge. We went down to the lobby and made them aware of it and asked to get a new room, because of COVID and everything, we didn't want to stay in a room that wasn't fully clean. After checking out, we found out they charged us 300 DOLLARS for a room change! Even though it was their mistake! In addition to that we found that the housekeeping was very bad and they did not vacuum or wipe any of the surfaces because there was always dust everywhere after coming back to our room after housekeeping. The housekeeping also TOOK MONEY FROM US, mistaking it for tips, even though it was before the date we even checked out. How stupid can they be?! You don't leave a tip until after you leave and I certainly would not leave tips for that horrible job they did cleaning our room. We also talked to the staff about it MULTIPLE TIMES and they never did anything about it. The housekeeping also touched and moved our stuff around to the point where I had to SEARCH FOR MY STUFF around the room before packing and leaving. Overall, it was just a horrible experience and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. KEEP OUT! The people working there were just next level stupid.

We have just returned from a 4 night trip with my family of mum, dad and two daughters aged 13 & 16. We all stayed in 1 room which was a bit cramped but for 4 nights was fine. We stayed on floor 6 and did hear noise from the street but this is New York so we expected this… No noise from the rooftop bar at all however we did enjoy people watching the events from the downstairs bar when there were events up there. The staff were so helpful especially Jennifer who printed off everything we needed to take to the airport and booked our airport taxi for us. Location is brilliant and we loved the area around it, so many gorgeous restaurants and bars and great direct connections on the subway to Brooklyn & Times Square. Ate at the hotel the first night and it was delicious and decent wine for $10 a glass. We would definitely stay here again as it ticked all boxes. Also it’s about a minute away from Starbucks for early morning coffee and the hop on hop off bus stop is a 2 minute walk away.

I really enjoyed my time at the Hotel Henri and will look to stay there again if I see a competitive rate in the future. [+] Room - the overall room was great, clean and comfortable [++] Bathroom - Shower was GREAT! [++] Bed - Very comfortable bed and slept great! [-] Awkward Exchange - I witnessed an awkward exchange of a hotel guest accusing the bellman of stealing some of their luggage. [-] Fitness Center - the hotel has no fitness center but told me that I could use the fitness center at a "sister hotel". I didn't bother. [+] Roof top - the roof top was not "open" but it was a great view. I imagine this is very cool in warmer times of year. They need to sacrifice a couple of rooms to make a fitness center. Once they do this and have Pelotons, I will give them 5-stars.

Decent hotel. Nice staff. Good location. Only downfall was being charged twice for my 6 day stay. They charged my credit card without informing me. I then had to chase for a refund. Still waiting on my refund as I write this. Great hotel and no complaints. Rooms a bit on the small side. Life can take some time to arrive. Subways close and within walking distance. Good place to stay in Chelsea. would’ve rated it 5 but the charging twice bit let it down.
