The location is good, within walking distance of Fifth Avenue, Times Square, and Rockefeller Plaza. The service is OK, you can text the front desk to deliver anything you need, but there is no daily cleaning service for stays under 5 nights. The room is comfortable and spacious.

The location is perfect. A safe and easy walk to Rockefeller, FAO Schwartz, Times Square, Central Park, Summit One and general sightseeing. The staff are so friendly and helpful and reception is 24hr. We discovered it is a timeshare hotel and so doesn’t have standard hotel details like room service and restaurant. The rooms are a good size and very clean. For a week stay the room was cleaned once and that was all we needed. There is currently construction nearby and work does happen through the night. It didn’t bother us and I am generally a light sleeper but didn’t find it a problem. For a morning coffee and delicious pastry or meal go to Mamans which is just down the road (actual delicious drinkable coffee in USA) Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 4 day trip in conveniently located, comfortable hotel. A very pleasant surprise to be connected to my timeshare. I look forward to my return to this hotel....more fun in NYC. Valet Parking was a nice option with daily fee, or park nearby on your own.

Clean and friendly staff great for midtown would go back only thing I did not like is we where there 3 nights and no house cleaning to clean the room or replace towels
