Hotel is very modern and stylish. Room was small but adequate and very efficiently planned with top-quality, designer plumbing fixtures. Wine and snacks served around dinner time. Extended continental breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. High quality experience.

Great hotel! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There’s wine and cheese every night from 5-6pm. Around the clock access to their juice and water dispenser. Along with that, there was access to the coffee machine which could make you a wide variety of different coffee or even hot chocolate. Breakfast was quite nice but the seating area was quite small and crowded even if you went early. There were two elevators that were super quick, unfortunately one did break down during the start of our stay. Overall, experience was fantastic and would definitely stay there again!

Hotel rooms are small, which is also the downside of staying on the Isle of Man. The breakfast is average, it is better to go out to eat. There are four rooms on the first floor, and the corridors are very small. But the decoration is new and the hygiene is good.
