The fifth floor I stayed at for the first time was very good, so I booked it again. The room last night was on the first floor. I once maliciously tried to open the door to my room at around 10 o'clock, but failed. I stayed in the corner room 121. Location was great for our visit but the lack of parking and the street noise made for difficult sleeping. Beds were also not comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The valet always had a smile on his face. Lobby smelled so refreshing each day and there was a great space downstairs in the lobby for work or dining.

I read a number of reviews for this Courtyard location before making a hurried but necessary family trip a couple of weeks ago. The reviews were so negative I seriously hesitated before making a reservation, but it was the closest location to where I had to go, so I finally did it. I was pleasantly surprised at how good my experience was. The front desk people were friendly and helpful, and immediately gave us suggestions about places to eat nearby (walking distance), which turned out to be just what we wanted. They also assured us that despite the negative reviews I'd seen, there WAS a small food court onsite that would be perfect for an early breakfast (which we took advantage of the next day). I didn't eat anything, but my son thought it was fine. The room was clean and quiet, and everything worked inside. When I asked for more towels, they were waiting for us in the bathroom when we got back to the room. When I called the front desk about other family members who were delayed en route, they assured me they'd hold the rooms for them, and they did. We slept well and got the wake-up call we'd asked for at exactly the right time. I don't know what previous reviewers felt was so wrong with this place. Clean, quiet, responsive people... I'd stay there again if I needed to. I had a great experience and felt it was the kind of place one could come back to... again and again.
