最大的優點是寬敞，在市中心這個位置，房間面積依然可以在地上打開6個28寸的箱子。但設施比較一般，燈沒有中控面板，必須一個一個開關。就算花更多錢買更貴的房型，窗外也沒啥景色。早餐熱菜衹有兩個，其他主要是各種麪包糕點。水龍頭熱水非常渾濁，浴室熱水水壓比較小。所以整體體驗一般，四星級水平，衹有房間佈局、服務和位置是不錯的，衹在乎這些那就這家合適。

신혼여행으로 갔었는데 위치가 정말 대박이었습니다!!
브라이언트 공원은 도보로 5분도 안걸리고 바로 3분 도보거리에 마트도 있어서 정말 최고였습니다.
항상 직원들이 웃으면서 문열어주고 프론트 직원들도 웃으며 인사해주고 정말 좋았어요
뉴욕에선 흔하지 않은 큰 캐리어 세개를 열어도 되는 방이라 무척 만족했고 행복한 시간이었습니다.

服務態度很好，房間夠大，也很乾凈。設計很新，設備也現代。停車場不遠，也可以代客趴車。但是房間採光不夠好，隔音效果也不夠。

Our place was clean and I loved the comfort of the king size bed and the fact they were able to have two kings in a room was amazing. It was peaceful and i can honestly say that it was the first night in a long time I slept the entire night. I don't sleep through the night at home so this was a blessing

Cosy boutique hotel with friendly staff, conveniently located at 100m from Times Square and Bryant park. High floor room was big enough to accommodate our family of 4. I would recommend it.

Definitely must stay. This is second time we ve stayed Luma . It was great accomadation. All staff very helpful .manyak thanks to all especially to Ron from Aperibar Who works with passion.location is perfect rooms are great. All metro stations are very close

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel, très bien placé, personnel très gentil et très serviable. Petit déjeuné copieux avec beaucoup de choix. La chambre était très agréable, une grande salle de bain avec un sèche cheveux ainsi que des peignoirs. café avec machine expresso dans la chambre. Très bon accueil, nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour à New-York !
