I went there for my honeymoon and the location was amazing!!
Bryant Park was less than a 5-minute walk away and there was a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, so it was really great.
The staff always opened the door with a smile and the front desk staff smiled and greeted me, which was really nice.
I was very satisfied and had a happy time because the room allowed me to open three large suitcases, which is rare in New York.

Enjoyed my first 2 days. Decided to extend my stay twice. Although the 2nd time I decided to end the trip due to staff being rude. Asked me why I wanted to extend my stay and I let them know I was vacationing they made it seem like me extending was an issue not sure what the man on the phone was insinuating. Customer service needs to be better the Hotel would’ve been great until it wasn’t.

Our second time at this property. Everyone is friendly, rooms are clean. Very convenient and walkable to many attractions. Also could park the car- expensive but very helpful to have all in one place . See you next time .

Outstanding stay from beginning local hotel phone conversations, through online registration, and during entire stay. Hotel is very clean and the a**osphere and location were perfect. All hotel staff encountered exhibited exceptional customer service skills, from front entry doormen (David and others), to front desk (Alyssa, Heidi and more) to restaurant personnel (Ahmed and manager, Yana). Stressful night in restaurant (kitchen problem) was resolved professionally and in a kind, considerate matter. So much so, we returned a second time. There is employee pride shown at the Luma, exhibited even as small spaces (elevator doors) were cleaned during the day. What stands out here is true appreciation of the customer. Sadly, this is not found in many places. Luma has it right. Highly recommend!
