Cleanliness: No one cleaned it once in three days. The only time it was cleaned was after 4 pm, and we had to wait at the door.
The room is very small, the soundproofing is poor, and the front desk has a bad attitude and cannot handle any problems. I couldn't live any longer, so I moved out and changed to a hotel. Ctrip handled it in a timely manner.
The hotel deposit refund is very slow.
Highly do not recommend this hotel!

The staff provided bright service, and there was a little problem during the stay, but they upgraded the room saying it was the hotel's fault! The service was so good and the location was not bad, so I was satisfied with the hotel! It is a very functional hotel on 7th avenue, well connected by subway to all points. The hotel has a good breakfast and the rooms, although not very big, are very clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay.
The reception staff are very friendly.
The only thing to improve would be the management of the elevators. It has 4 but there are times, especially in the morning, when you wait for a long time or if you are going down, you stop at each of the floors.

Absolutes Top-Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Wir waren mit unserer 1-jährigen Tochter da und hatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten. Sogar das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut.
